We can produce at Protvino: Injection molded scintillator. Constraint: maximum tile size ~40x12x1 cm3 i.e the counter should be composed of 3 pieces + fiber readout. Preliminary cost estimate ~150k USD (with fibers, without PMTs) 2. Extruded scintillator. Any length of the strip, but attenuation length ~150 cm. Is it enough? Or we should use fiber readout ? (Att. Length ~4m)
